Room was fine. Staff were frankly a bit weird for example when asked if the restaurant was open were like no 😱😱😱😱. One girl kept shouting at people. Turns out the Restaurant was basically never open. No alcohol license to even open the bar. No car park - but they did advertise this.

I have booked a 3 night stay at this hotel in Douglas, Isle of Man of which tonight is my last night.. The hotel has lost its alcohol licence and tonight being my last night.. I have paid for 3 nights half board and yet I cannot eat tonight because the restaurant is shut. I assume that to be due to staff shortages. I have stayed at Premier Inn many, many times and have never experienced such a low level of service such as this. I really do sorry for the lovely young lady who has had to deal with these problems. Now I will have to eat out and I can guarantee that Premier Inn will not refund the money I have paid for for my evening meal.
